SPAGHETTI SALAD





INGREDIENTS


Spaghetti----------------------4 oz
Boiled egg---------------------1
Spinach leaves---------------10 or as needed
Celery leaves and stalk----1/4 cup,chopped
Goat cheese-------------------1 tbsp (optional)
Orange-------------------------1small,chopped
Pickled olive with garlic---3, cut in to half
Dates----------------------------4 large,chopped
Black pepper powder ------a pinch
Butter---------------------------1/4 tsp
Salt as needed


METHOD

  1. Cook spaghetti in boiling water with a pinch of salt and butter in it.
  2. Drain the water from cooked spaghetti and keep it aside.
  3. Now mix goat cheese or any cheese of your choice with the cooked spaghetti.You can also use the store bought spaghetti tomato sauce instead of cheese.
  4. Now arrange fresh and clean spinach leaves in a plate or bowl as the salad bed.Then place the spaghetti in the center.
  5. Now add all the other ingredients.You can use any fruits or veggie of your choice.
  6. Last, sprinkle a pinch of salt and pepper.
  7. Enjoy this healthy and filling salad.
