INGREDIENTS
Spaghetti----------------------4 oz
Boiled egg---------------------1
Spinach leaves---------------10 or as needed
Celery leaves and stalk----1/4 cup,chopped
Goat cheese-------------------1 tbsp (optional)
Orange-------------------------1small,chopped
Pickled olive with garlic---3, cut in to half
Dates----------------------------4 large,chopped
Black pepper powder ------a pinch
Butter---------------------------1/4 tsp
Salt as needed
METHOD
- Cook spaghetti in boiling water with a pinch of salt and butter in it.
- Drain the water from cooked spaghetti and keep it aside.
- Now mix goat cheese or any cheese of your choice with the cooked spaghetti.You can also use the store bought spaghetti tomato sauce instead of cheese.
- Now arrange fresh and clean spinach leaves in a plate or bowl as the salad bed.Then place the spaghetti in the center.
- Now add all the other ingredients.You can use any fruits or veggie of your choice.
- Last, sprinkle a pinch of salt and pepper.
- Enjoy this healthy and filling salad.
