INGREDIENTS
Macaroni-----------------------1 cup
Sharp cheddar cheese-------1/4 cup(grate or cut in to small chunks)
Milk------------------------------1/4 cup
Garlic powder-----------------a pinch
Onion powder-----------------a pinch
Italian seasoning--------------a pinch
Salt -------------------------------to taste
METHOD
- Cook macaroni in boiling water with a pinch of salt in it.
- Once cooked,drain off the water and pour cool water to it and then again drain off the water.
- Keep this macaroni aside.
- Now in a medium heat pan add milk and cheese.Mix it continuously till the cheese melts.
- Add a pinch of salt to it if needed and then add cooked macaroni to it.Mix it good till cheese is fully incorporated with the macaroni.
- Transfer to a serving plate or bowl and add a pinch of garlic powder,onion powder,Italian seasoning etc on top.This is optional and is up to individual taste.Also,you can add extra grated cheese on top if you prefer.
- Serve hot.
