MACARONI AND CHEESE







INGREDIENTS


Macaroni-----------------------1 cup
Sharp cheddar cheese-------1/4 cup(grate or cut in to small chunks)
Milk------------------------------1/4 cup
Garlic powder-----------------a pinch
Onion powder-----------------a pinch
Italian seasoning--------------a pinch
Salt -------------------------------to taste


METHOD

  1. Cook macaroni in boiling water with a pinch of salt in it.
  2. Once cooked,drain off the water and pour cool water to it and then again drain off the water.
  3. Keep this macaroni aside.
  4. Now in a medium heat pan add milk and cheese.Mix it continuously till the cheese melts.
  5. Add a pinch of salt to it if needed and then add cooked macaroni to it.Mix it good till cheese is fully incorporated with the macaroni.
  6. Transfer to a serving plate or bowl and add a pinch of garlic powder,onion powder,Italian seasoning etc on top.This is optional and is up to individual taste.Also,you can add extra grated cheese on top if you prefer. 
  7. Serve hot.
